🙂🤝 Reunion
You never know how long someone's life will be, so live
happily ever after ...
This is the story
of four close friends ....
Who learned up to old SSC in the same school. There was only
one luxury hotel in that city, in the camp.
He had also heard that tea was available for ten rupees at
that time, when amrutulya shop’s tea was twenty-five paise only.
After the SSC exam,
they decided that we should go to that hotel and have some tea.
The four raised forty rupees for it.
It was a Sunday,
and at half past ten, all four of them reached the hotel on their bicycles.
The security guards
stopped them.
So the four of us said, “we wanted to have tea.”
Just then, a young man on in a suit called them in.
As the four sat in the Garden Restaurant, the young man
approached and inquired.
Then everyone said
their name and ordered tea.
A waiter brought
a tray of tea and placed it in front of them.
Dinesh, Santosh,
Mandar and Prasanna started chatting while having tea.
The four of them unanimously decided that after fifty years,
we would meet at the same hotel on the same date.
The one who came
later last that day would pay the hotel bill!
At that moment, the
young man in suit, brought the bill and while paying him, Dinesh introduced him
about four of them and also about their promise to meet after fifty years on
the same day here in the hotel.
He also appreciated
the four of them and about their promise.
He introduced himself to them, 'I am Kumar Gowda.
I've got a job here this month, maybe if I'm here in fifty
years, we'll meet. '
All four
dispersed for further education.
Dinesh, left the city
after his father was transferred.
Santosh went to his
uncle for further education.
Mandar and Prasanna got admission in different colleges in
the city.
Days, months,
years passed.
That city underwent a radical change in fifty years.
The population of the city increased. Roads, flyovers,
metros have changed the face of the city.
The hotel in the camp
area also changed and was grand in terms of time, renovations.
Similarly, there are
many other five star hotels in the city, but the oldest, most modern hotel was this
old renovated hotel, the 'pride' of the city.
Now the manager of that hotel was Kumar Gowda.
Fifty years
later, on a scheduled date, a luxury car pulled up at the hotel door in the
afternoon.
Dinesh got out of the
car and started walking towards the porch with a stick.
Then the fat bald officer
in a suit saw Dinesh and extended his hand for a shake hand.
Dinesh stared and
asked, 'Kumar Gowda?' Kumar smiled and applauded and hugged Dinesh tightly ..
Kumar said that
Prasanna Sir had booked the table for you all a month ago.
Dinesh, in his
heart, was happy that since he came first in the four, he would not have to pay
today's bill.
Santosh came after an hour. He had become a big builder in
the city.
According to his age, he now looked like an elderly senior
citizen.
Now the two of them chatted, waiting for the two of them.
Mandar arrived in half an hour.
While talking to him,
both of them understood that Mandar has become an industrialist.
All three were
reminiscing about school.
The eyes of the three
were going towards the door, or when is Prasanna coming?
Just then Kumar
came and took the order and said that a message has come from Prasanna Sir.
He said, “You start .. I'm coming ..”
All three were happy to meet each other after fifty years.
The joke went on for hours.
Snacks were eaten. Dinesh had to leave by eight o'clock. So
he ordered a meal.
Kumar himself was busy
serving them all their needs and to see what they all want.
The meal was done. Prasanna had already told Kumar about the
favorite menu of all the three.
Dinesh asked Kumar
for the bill, but Kumar said the bill was paid. Prasanna had paid the bill
online.
As the three
were getting ready to leave, at eight o'clock, a man got out of the luxury car
and approached the three. All three kept looking at the man. The young man
began to say, 'I am Prasanna's son, your friend's son.
Baba had told me
about your visit today .. He was looking forward to this day .. Last month he
passed away due to a serious illness ...
He told me to go and
see you all late. If I had come early, they will be sad because I am not in
this world. And they will lose the joy of meeting each other .....
He also told me to hug them on my behalf. ' So Prasanna's
son spread both his hands .. All three of them hugged him and gave way to their
tears.
Both the shoulders of that happy son were wet with tears.
Kumar Gowda,
seeing the hugs of those close friends, kept wiping the tears in his own eyes
with a handkerchief .....
Therefore ....
See you all ...
Keep visiting your relatives, friends ...
Keep up the good work ...
Feel the joy of being alive ...
The pain of not being alive, should be able to endure .....
I don't know who wrote it, but it is very beautifully
written ...
